Lodz University of Technology (TUL) is a public university established in 1945. It ranks as the 5th best university of technology in Poland (Perspektywy 2023 University Ranking). It offers 65 engineering study programs – bachelor and master – taught at 9 faculties for almost 11 thousand students. Doctoral training is provided by the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School (IDS) which provides multiple unique prospects of development for PhD students.
